QuickWins ("we", "our", or "the app") is a voice-first AI productivity tool built for iOS. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and how it is protected.
QuickWins stores the following data locally on your device:
This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party (except as described in the Advertising section below).
QuickWins captures your voice to allow hands-free task entry. Voice processing is performed entirely on-device using Whisper AI. Audio is never recorded, saved to disk, or transmitted anywhere. Only the text transcription of what you say is retained and stored locally as described above.
All AI features in QuickWins — including task suggestions, session summaries, and smart categorisation — are powered by Google Gemma running entirely on your device. No data is sent to external AI services or cloud servers for processing.
QuickWins displays banner advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as your advertising ID), IP address, and usage data to serve personalised ads. This data collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
You can opt out of personalised ads in your iOS Settings under Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.
All user data is stored in an encrypted SQLite database on your device. We do not have access to your data, we do not sync it to any server, and we do not back it up to the cloud.
QuickWins does not require user registration or an account. There is no sign-up, no login, no cloud sync, and no data transmission to our servers.
Uninstalling QuickWins from your device permanently and irreversibly deletes all data associated with the app. There is no server-side copy to delete.
QuickWins is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can address it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the app and on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
